Carol Smith is the founder of Strategic Path Planning, Inc. along with her husband, Craig. Carol's passion is to help inspire others to achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals. Unfortunately, many are not taught about success principles in school or at home. As a result, Strategic Path Planning, Inc. was founded and is a resource for adults who want to take their life, their career or business, and their finances to the next level. In addition to helping people stay focused and on track by taking action, it is also important to be healthy. That is why she got involved with MonaVie. Her desire is to reach as many people as possible that desire to get ahead in their life, and to provide them with all the tools necessary to reach their goals. She is also co-founder of Vest Properties, Inc., which is a real estate investment company. She used her talents as an Interior Designer, along with her husband who is a General Contractor to develop a company that rehabbed houses for resale. Vest Properties, Inc. has evolved into other types of real estate investing including managing rental properties. She also assisted in developing a new division, that performs Remodeling & Repairs for residential and light commercial.Carol was active with the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association (GaREIA) as a member, Past Board Member, and Past Treasurer. She has also been active within her community with The Partnership for Families, Children, and Youth as their bookkeeper and was awarded the "Outstanding Leadership and Volunteerism Award". Carol has formed The Business Network group which is sponsored by The Partnership. This is a mastermind and networking group that builds business relationships and referrals.
